Systems Administrator

We're looking for a Systems Administrator who can carry Attention to Detail and Public Speaking at once without dropping either, here at Commerce Plus Inc. We offer $56,000 - $83,000, a clear growth track, and a team where your 5 years of experience genuinely move the needle.

• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Keep Collaboration handoffs warm so Corpus Christi partners never feel dropped
• Sense when a Corpus Christi relationship needs a call, not an email
• Execute core Systems Administrator duties with accuracy and consistency
• Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility

• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• Strong working knowledge of Decision Making and Stakeholder Management
• Ability to learn new general systems quickly and apply them effectively
• Working knowledge of Public Speaking alongside transferable Problem Solving chops
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes

Quietly, from Corpus Christi, Commerce Plus Inc has become the underdog-spirited general partner that TX's most demanding teams refuse to replace. A mid-level engineer and a director debate Problem Solving ideas on equal footing in our Corpus Christi standups.

Step into $56,000 - $83,000, real mentorship, a benefits package that delivers, and the kind of flexible internship rhythm people rarely leave.

Active right now, the mid-level seat has not yet found its person.
