Job Title: Solution Architect

Job

Location: US - 80% Travel

Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of large application management and ITO deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy, Operating model design, Estimation, Business-case preparation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiation discussion which includes,

• Understand customer's business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using HCL offerings across service lines to drive the RFP response
• Define the Operating model construct based on RFP requirements
• Perform Ticket analysis, Estimation, Automation and Operational transformation for both AMS and AD
• Design ownership of end-to-end solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap
• Drive internal reviews with Leadership on pursuit strategy, solution design, estimation methods etc.
• Front end solution defense discussions with customer in remote or in person based on RFP demands
• Continuously work on deal differentiators and strategies that will help the team in increasing the win ratio
• Motivate and drive the team to go the extra mile to create differentiation in every customer pitch
• Travel for bid defense and other customer interaction based on need

Qualifications & Experience

• IT experience with 5+ years of Solution architect experience in Large Application support and development RFPs
• Experience in Product aligned Operating model proposition and implementation.
• Experience in Enterprise Applications, Industry Solutions (e.g. IS Utilities, IS Oil, IS Retail, etc.) and other periphery applications (e.g. Open Text, Vertex, etc.)
• Experience in using Gen AI for productivity improvement in areas such as ticket automation and elimination propositions with industry toolsets.
• Experience managing / building / maintaining relationships with CIO, CXO, Stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skill
• Experience in P&L & Growth Management.
• Hands on delivery experience in managing large Application support engagements(delivery) would be an advantage.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $130,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $267,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
