- Evaluate the specific risks of local businesses and recommend coverage options that provide real protection.
- Guide business owners through the policy selection process, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
- Maintain active communication with existing clients to offer support and adjust policies as their business needs shift.
- Collaborate with the agency team to refine outreach strategies and improve overall service delivery.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details.
- Active Texas General Lines - Property and Casualty license.
- Proven track record in insurance sales or business-to-business development.
- Strong comfort level with cold calling, networking, and building professional relationships.
- Excellent ability to articulate complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Self-driven attitude with a desire to build a local book of business.
- Proficiency in common office software and agency management systems.
