About the Opportunity

A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding strategically and seeking experienced Litigation Associates to join its high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to take ownership of their cases from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle matters from intake through resolution, including trial prep
• Collaborate with a lean, elite team of trial attorneys
• Work across practice areas including:
• Product Liability
• Construction
• Insurance Defense

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal partner oversight
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state
• Flexible hours:

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000 for 2–3-year associates Up to $190,000 for senior associates
• 160 billable hours/month requirement
• 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing
• HSA with $1,200 annual firm contribution
• PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure Rollover and sick bank options available
