Duties:Handle a diverse docket of probate and estate planning matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal instruments
Represent clients in probate court, including hearings and estate administration proceedings
Advise clients on estate-related legal issues and strategies
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence
Work collaboratively with paralegals and other attorneys in a team-based structure
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of probate laws and regulations in Texas
Requirements:Experience handling probate and estate planning matters
Strong knowledge of Texas probate law and court procedures
Proficient in managing a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Adept at using legal research tools and case management systems
Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
Skills:Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving
Clear and persuasive legal writing
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Technologically adept; comfortable with legal tech platforms and document automation
