Position: Retail Supervisor Full Time - 8267

Overview

The Retail Supervisor-Events is responsible for managing effective, efficient, and quality event execution in a designated location. The supervisor audits, trains, and coaches Event Specialists on proper team compliance measurements to represent the CROSSMARK Events team.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, and motivate employees, developing them to meet client expectations.
  • Train Events Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.
  • Ensure quality execution by conducting audits and work‑withs of Event Specialists, developing event skills while maintaining Food Safety practices.
  • Communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all events conducted in the store, assisting Event Specialists with kits, materials, and tools.
  • Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses.
  • Oversee execution and overall performance of scheduled events, monitoring daily and weekly scorecards to ensure the highest level of on‑date execution.
  • Reschedule events as needed to maximize on‑date, on‑weekend, and total execution results.
  • Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with field support, recruiting, and client services.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly demo kitchen, inspecting equipment regularly for proper maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Education/

    Experience:

    Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Ability to use company‑provided computers, mobile devices, and internal systems; proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license required;
    National Registry of Food and Safety certification required within 30 days of employment if not already certified; local Food Handlers permit if required.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervisory responsibilities for approximately 10–50 employees.
  • Work Environment: Retail Store environment; local travel may be required.
  • Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, handling, reaching, speaking, hearing, visual reading, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing (including a 6’ ladder), balancing, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), pushing/pulling a fully laden demonstration cart, preparing foods and beverages with required appliances, contact with cleaning supplies.

    Skills:

    English primary; bilingual may be required based on business necessity.
