District Manager, Management

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager for our convenience solutions/InReach operations. This position is remote with travel and will be responsible for overseeing our branch operations across the Western region.

Seeking a strong, dynamic & passionate leader with experience in the convenience market (vending, micro-markets/cafes, office refreshment services, pantry & snack boxes) who can effectively manage the operations in line with financial goals.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
