Job Title
RMD Pipe Welder / Combo Welder – Tarpon Specialty Services – Corpus Christi, TX
OverviewTarpon Specialty Services is expanding its Gulf Coast fabrication operations and seeks experienced welders skilled in RMD root and Flux‑Cored (FCAW) fill/cap to work on high‑quality pipe assemblies and modular fabrication projects.
Responsibilities- Perform RMD root and Flux‑Cored fill/cap passes
- Interpret drawings and WPS documents accurately
- Prepare and align pipe to meet required specs
- Maintain welding equipment in top condition
- Adhere to all jobsite safety requirements
- Experience in RMD and FCAW pipe welding (5G/6G preferred)
- Reliable and safety‑focused
- Must pass RMD + FCAW weld test
- Full‑time
- Fabrication / Industrial Shop
- Oilfield Services / Construction
- Local & Travel Per Diem Work
