• Provide coaching to enhance work performance and personal development.
• Conduct monthly cadence reviews with employees.
• Partner with the Training Manager to ensure all personnel are trained and competent.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide technical/mechanical expertise to staff.
• Offer direct support to technicians by performing hands‑on tasks when needed.
• Maintain and manage order dates in ERP.
• Prioritize and schedule orders by due date.
• Update Sales Associates and Account Managers as needed.
• Identify and solve hold points.
• Understand and adhere to customer GCS.
• Measure weekly performance metrics.
• Understand and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Instruct workers to follow safe work practices and safety policies.
• Correct unsafe acts and conditions.
• Enforce personal protective equipment requirements.
• Ensure employees complete safety training on time.
• Report and investigate all injury, accident, or near‑miss incidents.
• Inspect work area and take action to minimize or eliminate hazards.
• Conduct periodic safety meetings.
• Complete safety training by the due date.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ service experience in the valve repair industry.
• Strong information management skills, including personal computer skills.
• Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with a cross‑section of employees, principals, and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and other employees. Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
• High ethical standards possessing the willingness and ability to create win‑win situations for customers and the Company.
