- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and designs
- Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for various machining operations while ensuring optimal tool life and performance.
- Perform precision measurement using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges
- Conduct machining tool setup and calibration
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, measurements, and quality inspections for traceability.
- Minimum of five years of CNC Machine and Programming experience.
- Understanding of blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret mechanical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to tooling selection, fixture setup, geometry calculations, and precision measurement instruments like bore gauges and micrometers.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings with GD&T specifications for precision manufacturing.
- Strong math skills essential for measurement conversions, tolerances calculations, and program adjustments.
- Must pass background check and drug screen as well as have reliable transportation.
- $27 - $39 per hour, depending on experience.
