Earn Well for Great Work – $40,000 base with potential earn out bonus of 10k on hitting KPIs.

Meaningful KPIs – Own the metrics that drive revenue: new client count, CAC, ROAS, membership growth.

A Schedule Built Around Growth – Core hours are Monday through Friday. As we grow, scheduling may flex to maximize client volume, office efficiency, and revenue.

Oceana Luxe Medspa is a premier luxury aesthetic wellness center in Corpus Christi, TX. Built by a cardiovascular nurse with decades of medical expertise, we exist to take people from surviving to thriving. We offer six service pillars: skin health, functional medicine, sexual wellness, body contouring, regenerative medicine, and a robust membership program - across 6,000 square feet with a growing corporate wellness division.
