The Corpus Christi Hooks are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to drive the development of the marketing, sales and execution of events and special events at the Whataburger Field. This role will encompass the planning, execution and completion of events with a variety of associated accountabilities. This position has a strong emphasis in relationship building skills and requires personal drive, determination, and hard work in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

• Support on‑site operations for all non‑baseball events at the Whataburger Field and serve as a day‑to‑day contact for clients and vendors.
• Assist with events from start to finish, including walkthroughs, gathering rate information, coordinating contracts, pre‑event planning, food and beverage details, staffing support, load‑in/out coordination, event execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as needed, including walkthroughs, tours, menu reviews, and pre‑shift meetings.
• Coordinate internal staffing schedules and help arrange third‑party vendors for event set‑up, tear‑down and execution.
• Maintain strong working relationships with operations, grounds, food & beverage, marketing, sales and other internal teams.
• Support outreach efforts by preparing materials, responding to inquiries, and helping with follow‑up to generate new event leads.
