One on one companionship,
non‑medical hands‑on care: dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, assistance with transfers,
housekeeping and laundry,
pet care,
transportation to doctor’s appointments and errands,
medication reminders.

• Provide personalized care for seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Update resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain State‑tested CNA/STNA certification and complete State CNA/STNA course.

• State‑tested Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State‑tested Nursing Assistant – Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio.
• Previous experience in senior or home care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and reliability.
