Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Call Rotation Every 3rd Week
Compensation: $36.43 – $51.00/hr (DOE)

A leading healthcare organization on the Texas Gulf Coast is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN Manager to oversee operations of a busy, high-acuity L&D unit. This role supports a dynamic maternal care environment and is ideal for a nurse leader committed to safe, compassionate, and evidence-based maternity care.

• Manage daily operations for a 19-bed Labor unit
  , 5-bed OBED
  , and 3 surgical suites
  .

• Oversee up to 80 FTEs
  , ensuring staffing effectiveness, clinical quality, and patient safety.

• Provide support to postpartum and antepartum areas during on-call weeks.

• Partner with the Director to implement improvement strategies and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and operational performance.

• Foster a professional practice environment rooted in teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.

• 1+ year of recent acute-care Labor & Delivery leadership experience.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma.

• Active Texas RN license (or Compact license with Texas endorsement within 60 days).

• Current BLS certification (AHA).

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
