American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with CST skills for a 13-week assignment requiring TX or compact RN licensure.

• Hospital surgical setting with 11 operating rooms and 1 endo suite
• Day shift team includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 11 surgical techs; night shift staffed by 1 nurse and 1 tech
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses OR equipment including multiple types of ortho beds and 4 surgical robots
• EMR system is MEDITECH
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend call required
• No floating required

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• CST certification required
• BLS certification required
• 1 year of recent OR experience required
• BSN preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Perform circulating and scrub duties for a variety of surgical procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and bariatrics
• High energy and motivated personality is a strong fit for this fast-paced surgical team
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Unit policies and guidelines available via Policy Stat
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
