We are seeking a compassionate, extremely dependable, and detail-oriented Professional Pet Bather to join our mobile grooming team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about animal care and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a bather, you will be responsible for delivering expert bathing services in a state-of-the-art mobile grooming unit, ensuring both pets and their owners have a positive, low-stress experience.

• Provide high-quality bathing services to dogs (and occasionally cats) of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Travel to clients’ homes or businesses to perform services in our mobile grooming unit.
• Conduct pre-bath consultations to assess grooming needs and client preferences.
• Perform thorough bathing, drying, brushing, and basic hygiene tasks (e.g., ear cleaning, nail trimming, sani trims and gland expression).
• Monitor pets for any signs of skin, coat, or health concerns and report observations as needed.
• Handle all pets with care, patience, and professionalism to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Process client payments and invoices at the completion of services.
• Rebook appointments and foster long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked mobile grooming van and equipment.

• Previous experience working with animals in a grooming setting is a Must. Veterinary, kennel, daycare, or similar settings preferred.
• Comfortable handling pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
• Strong physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs or more for a brief moment, stand for long periods, and work in confined environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required if operating the grooming van).

• Prior experience in pet bathing, grooming assistance, or mobile grooming services.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in unpredictable situations.
• Ability to remain calm when mechanical issues arise.

• Work is conducted primarily inside a customized, climate-controlled mobile grooming vehicle.
• Regular exposure to wet/humid conditions, pet dander, and grooming chemicals.
• Role requires working independently and without direct supervision for extended periods.
