• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning, adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage onboarding of new team members.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Problem‑solving within Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts and make tough decisions.
• Availability for all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
