• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage the new team members’ onboarding process.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts – open, close, weekends, and holidays.
