SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) at Compass One Healthcare

Location:

Christus Spohn Shoreline - 600 Elizabeth Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78404. Online applications accepted only.

We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Schedule:

full-time; days and hours may vary, rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview. Prior food service experience is required.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules; evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when necessary.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off; mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior food service experience is required.
