As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you represent the company values, build brand loyalty, and support guests throughout the store experience.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Proudly promote AE & Aerie products, share product details and make thoughtful suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floors, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
