Gemaire Distributors is a leader in HVAC equipment wholesale. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Territory Account Manager to develop and manage contractor relationships within a defined territory, driving sales growth and maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Generate sales and grow market share in assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and dealers.
• Conduct a minimum of 25 face‑to‑face meetings weekly.
• Negotiate pricing while meeting profit goals.
• Achieve or exceed individual territory sales targets and support regional sales budgets.
• Provide proactive sales development, problem‑solving, and customer issue resolution.
• Attend training and industry events to enhance product knowledge and networking.
• Record and report sales activities in a CRM system.
• Represent Gemaire at dealer meetings, conventions, incentive trips, and other functions.
• Travel locally for in‑person sales calls.

• 2–4 years of sales experience in residential and commercial HVAC contractor relationships.
• Proven success in sales, marketing, and territory management.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and market data and present findings.
• Self‑directed with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to learn, teach, and lead within a collaborative team.

• 5–10 years of sales experience outside HVAC with demonstrable results.
