Fitness Sales & Operations Manager

Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

• Drive Sales & Achieve Goals – Utilize consultative sales skills to convert leads into loyal members and consistently exceed monthly targets.
• Lead & Develop the Team – Conduct engaging weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to maximize performance.
• Deliver a 5‑Star Member Experience – Ensure outstanding customer service that leads to positive online reviews and strong member retention.
• Marketing & Community Outreach – Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership sign‑ups.
• Studio Operations – Maintain accurate member and employee records, follow company policies, and oversee daily studio management.

• Proven Sales Ability – 1‑2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health club industry.
• Leadership Experience – 1‑2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong Communication Skills – Outgoing, professional, and able to connect with members and staff effectively.
• Results‑Driven Mindset – Goal‑oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics.
• Passion for Fitness – Enthusiastic about health and wellness and inspiring others to reach their goals.

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
