Sales Manager

Sames Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated leader for the position of Sales Manager. The sales manager will be responsible for the success of the sales department.

• Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.
• Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.
• Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.
• Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism i.e. focused, have discipline, embrace and commit to process.

• Will have a proven record of success in high volume sales & profit
• Will display the utmost integrity, respect, and professionalism
• Will be able to lead, coach, and train a team
• Will have a proven record of excellent customer satisfaction
• Must be able to effectively utilize a CRM tool, as well as other various sales tools
• Will take a proactive approach to sell cars
• Must be able to structure, submit, and close deals
• Must commit to dealership processes.
• Will have an excellent working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing

• 3+ Years of Automotive sales management experience.
• Must have computer skills including email and the internet.
• Proficiency with CDK, CRM, and other tools is preferred.
• Some College or College degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
