As a Security Officer Customer Service Driver in Corpus Christi, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will provide mobile patrol services at a retail location, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and staff. This driving post includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication.

Full Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

- Sat: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
- Sun: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
