• Self-contained unit responsible for finding opportunities, generating value proposals, completing the work on some occasions, scheduling, invoicing and managing projects start to finish.
• Utilize Manager/Designers on staff and drive project through completion.
• Help grow the Fire Alarm Division in Corpus Christi. New installation sales in place, need local presence to take care of quick hitting and smaller opportunities with local contractors and customers.
• Seeking a long-term Leader and Professional that wants an opportunity to run a Fire Alarm Division for Western States Fire Protection.
• Test and inspection of all different types of low voltage systems, makes and models. Able to complete test and inspections per NFPA
  72 and other standards.
• Test and inspection of all types of sprinkler systems, makes and models. Able to complete inspections per NFPA 25 and other standards.
• Use company software to input testing results. All work completed on iPads, some minimal technology skills needed.
• Able to tag systems using current FAL or RME-I License with the State of Texas.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems including Ground-Faults, Shorts, Wire Integrity, Termination, Panel, Fuses, Battery Testing and much more.
• Program dialers for monitoring. Phone line traditional and cell phone monitoring skills needed.
• Complete basic repairs and installations including moves, adds, relocates for all types of systems and devices.
• Complete final reports, deficiency reports and possible bids via a computer and/or tablet.
• Interact with clients, field personnel and fire marshals.
• Help grow the business. When slow, be capable of seeking opportunities with existing and new companies. Sales training, business cards, other will be provided.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of service or install experience is required.
• NICET preferred for experienced Technician.
• FAL License or RME-I license with the State of Texas required.
• Manufactures certifications are preferred but not required (EST, Gamewell, FCI, Notifier, Honeywell, Simplex, Siemens, Radionics).
• Field installation experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 25, Factory Mutual and applicable codes is preferred.
• Possess an understanding of expenses and scheduling.
• Hold a valid driver's license;

• Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background and reference check.
