Base pay range
: $/yr – $/yr

This position is commission‑driven with a strong base. Minimum earnings expectation is $100,000 and top performers can exceed $175,000.

• Diagnose all levels of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Confidently service and explain inverter‑driven and high‑efficiency systems
• Identify system‑wide issues (comfort, airflow, efficiency, reliability)
• Educate customers at a high level to build trust and drive conversions
• Present accessories, repairs, and replacement options ethically and clearly
• Build and sell value—not pressure

• Run 5 service calls per day, or
• Run 3 service calls + 2 self‑generated sales calls per day
• Generate your own equipment replacement opportunities
• Perform self‑generated replacement estimates when appropriate

Support is provided by a Customer Service Representative who generates proposals, tracks leads, and manages your pipeline.

• Advanced diagnostics on residential & light commercial systems
• Service, repair, and troubleshoot inverters and high‑efficiency equipment
• Clear, confident communication with customers and internal teams
• Educate homeowners & business owners on system condition, long‑term reliability, efficiency and comfort improvements
• Present and sell repairs, accessories, and equipment replacements
• Maintain clean documentation and pipeline notes
• Follow all Logicool service, safety, and communication standards
• Operate independently with no hand‑holding

• 4+ years HVAC service experience (less than 4 years – not applicable)
• EPA Certification
• Proven diagnostic ability across multiple system types
• Strong customer communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean background check
• Drug‑free status
• Professional appearance and mindset
