GPI Investment seeks a reliable Lead Maintenance to manage the upkeep of our apartment community in Corpus Christi, TX. You will supervise the maintenance team, perform essential repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. HVAC certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.
