Sports Coach

Sports Coach role at Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston — Corpus Christi Catholic School is currently seeking Coaches for the following teams this school year. This is a stipend-only position.

• Coordinate coaching for school teams in the Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association (North and South divisions); teams normally practice twice and play twice a week. Travel is involved and players' parents are responsible for transportation to games.
• Work with a range of skill levels; JV is developmental and Varsity is the competitive team; the school does not cut student athletes.
• Provide coaching/playing experience, knowledge of the game, excellent communication, and a good rapport with players and parents; demonstrate a positive Christian example for student athletes.

• Coaching or playing experience; strong knowledge of the game;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to players and parents;
• Ability to model a positive Christian example for student athletes.

• Fill out an Applitrack form on the Galveston-Houston Arch-Diocese website
• Complete the online Safe Environment Training
• Complete the required School Annual Trainings online:
  Bloodline Pathogens, First Aid & Sudden Illness, AED & CPR, Anaphylaxis & Epinephrine, and Child Abuse & Neglect
• This is a stipend-only position
