Warehouse Specialist

Overview

Ensures daily functions and procedures of warehouse, distribution, and shipping run smoothly and efficiently.

• Move, stock, receive, and pack warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
• File paperwork properly and work under direct supervision.
• Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Participate in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership by example and sharing knowledge/skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer and technological skills (Net Suite and RF‑Smart).
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize projects.
• Experience operating scales, computers, hoists, printers, scissor lifts, hand trucks, wrap machines, forklift, and pallet jack.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Effective presentation skills to internal and external groups.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Potential proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical currents, oils, and chemicals.
• Potential exposure to fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
• Extreme temperatures for more than an hour possible.
• Consently elevated noise levels in work area.

• Continuous walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs.
