Store Associate - G2G

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is looking to hire Store Associates (referred to humorously as Candy Curators and Soda Sultans). If you love people, have a charismatic approach to sales, and want to join a friendly, high‑energy team, we want to hear from you.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Assist customers with purchases, product location, and additional inquiries.
• Handle cashier and customer‑service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items to keep shelves replenished.
• Participate in inventory management: stocking, inventory counts, and product checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and exterior areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, reporting any variance to the Manager.
• Prepare and deliver hot food items (where applicable) in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with fuel spill clean‑up as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report any issues.

• Work primarily in a retail store setting.
• Frequent work around fuel pumps, vehicles, parking lots, and exterior grounds.
• Possibility of working in hot or cold environments.

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely indoors and outdoors.
• Climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. (≈75 bananas).

• Ability to learn and perform company systems and processes.
• Adherence to company values and ethical expectations.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• High integrity, ethical behaviour, and trustworthiness in cash management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale and time‑collection systems.
