We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs
• Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals
• Assist in both individual and team new vehicle sales growth

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
