The Role

As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, compliant, commercially successful and timely delivery of your assigned project.

You'll lead the project team and take ownership across programme, commercial performance, quality, stakeholder management, risk and successful handover.

The project includes major enabling and infrastructure works supporting a large-scale data centre development, including:

Piling, foundations and reinforced concrete works
Drainage and attenuation systems
Utilities infrastructure and diversions
HV/MV power infrastructure
Data and security ducting and chambers
Roads, external works and hard landscaping
Underground utility corridors and site-wide infrastructure
Design development, technical coordination and statutory approvals

Health, Safety & Quality

Lead project health, safety and environmental performance
Promote a proactive culture of safe working and personal accountability
Ensure quality plans, inspections and assurance processes are effectively implemented
Drive right-first-time delivery and defect prevention
Manage non-conformances and corrective actions through to successful resolution
Ensure completed works meet contractual, technical and statutory requirements

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, utility providers and supply chain partners
Lead effective project communication and reporting
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Support the development of long-term client relationships and repeat business

People Leadership

Lead, develop and support project teams
