We are seeking to appoint a class teacher for our Reception and Year
1. This is a temporary fixed term position, working one-day a week, until the end of August 2026.We are looking for someone who:
• Has teaching experience in, and a good understanding of, the early years and KS1  
• Has inclusive practice and high expectations of all pupils’ learning, progress and behaviour  
• Is a team member who will contribute positively to the work in our school  
• Has excellent communication skills  
• Is committed to upholding and developing the school’s Christian vision, ethos and values

Situated in beautiful countryside, we are a happy and caring school in a vibrant village community. We have strongly supportive parents, governors and staff dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. Our children love to learn and have a positive attitude to all aspects of school life. The school is housed in a listed building which has under gone considerable refurbishment over the last few years to make it a light, modern and attractive learning environment. Our beautiful school garden is at the heart of our school: used as a place of relaxation, learning and play.
