Permanent, Part‑time - Salary (FTE): £25,185.00 – £31,022.00 annually
- Role‑specific pay (annual):
- Teaching Assistant: £2,852 – £2,943
- Lunchtime Playworker / Classroom Technician: £2,765
- After School Club Leader: £9,875 – £10,540
- Support teachers in the classroom by delivering targeted learning support and assisting with practical activities that enhance pupils' progress and engagement.
- Provide a safe, positive and enjoyable play environment during lunchtime, promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
- Lead a safe, engaging and nurturing after‑school provision, planning and delivering creative and stimulating activities that support children’s development, independence and confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues and build positive relationships with pupils and parents, demonstrating strong teamwork, initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Be reliable, flexible and proactive, contributing to a positive school community.
- Teaching Assistant – 5 h per week, Monday to Friday, 1:15 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Lunchtime Playworker / Classroom Technician – 5 h per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.
- After School Club Leader – 15 h per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Work schedule:
38 weeks per year (term time, excluding teacher‑leave days); flexible working options available.
