We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery within a Defence environment. The successful candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support high‑performing technical teams.
Key Requirements- Previous Defence sector experience
- Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery background
- Essential experience with JIRA
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
