Corsham (Hybrid) – Permanent – £90,000 – £115,000 (DOE) + Benefits.

Identity Architect needed with active SC Security Clearance for a permanent career opportunity in Corsham (Hybrid).

Hybrid Working – 3 days per week remote (WFH) and 2 days per week on site in Corsham (Wiltshire).

• Own the IAM/IDM architecture across development, data and service support work streams.
• Provide technical direction across identity workflows, lifecycle processes, integrations, data flows, platform behaviour and operational supportability.
• Lead identity architecture including design of schemas, attributes, data models, workflow rules, provisioning logic and integration behaviour.
• Guide the team from design to implementation, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with application development, data, infrastructure, service operations and supplier teams.

• In‑depth IAM/IDM architecture experience with platforms such as Open Text, NetIQ, SailPoint, Okta, Cyber Ark, Forge Rock and MS Entra.
• Strong technical skills in identity schemas, data flows, attributes, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, identity lifecycle, workflows, platform configuration and live‑service supportability.
• Experience with Azure AD, M365 identity integration, AWS, API Gateway, LDAP, Directory Services, data feeds, workflow engines, ETL and enterprise integration is advantageous.
• Active SC Security Clearance (essential).

• £90,000 – £115,000 salary (DOE).
