Facilities Management Systems Administrator

• Support the Compliance Team by ensuring all Mitie policies and procedures relating to Maximo are fully adhered to.
• Maintain awareness of contract-specific requirements when adding, updating, or retiring assets.
• Work closely with site functions, including the Asset Manager and Facilities Manager, to ensure Facilities Management services meet all operational deliverables across the contract.
• Administer the CAFM system to ensure maintenance activities support asset longevity and uphold the validated state of all process and utilities equipment through effective planning.
• Provide or coordinate Maximo training and familiarisation sessions for members of the wider Corsham and Armada teams., We are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all.   Demonstrable previous experience managing a CAFM system or similar, ideally Maximo (but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with the capacity to communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
