Responsibilities
- Work as part of the production team to produce high quality products within departmental KPIs.
- Key part of the production of hams.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Follow company health safety and food safety procedures.
- Report health and safety and quality issues to your line leader.
- Participate in company training.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to a high standard.
- Work in a chilled environment wearing appropriate personal PPE.
