Shift pattern 06.00am – 14.00pm Monday to Friday gives you more time for yourself.

The QA operative role supports operational teams through coaching correct food safety and quality behaviours, and ensures essential food safety monitoring equipment is fit for purpose within agreed accuracy limits. This supports the site in demonstrating due diligence defence against food safety, legality, compliance or quality challenges through diligent document completion and retention.

QA operatives support the operational team in delivering compliance with all site policies, procedures and protocols at Corsham.

The holder is skilled in the use of the QUOR paperless quality management system and drives functionality of QUOR across production areas.

The role captures and shares key performance data to facilitate action plans in continuously improving business performance in food safety, legality and quality, as well as general business performance relating to yields, efficiency, waste and labour. It requires an actively mobile and open verbal and written communicator to all shop floor and site management staff.

The QA operative will be adaptable to changes in working practices, embrace emerging technology and deputise for the QA Supervisor on shop floor.
