Excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a highly stable manufacturing business, in a technically interesting role where you'll be the key driver for all Quality decisions at their site.

Established over 60 years ago, this specialist precision engineering company manufacture parts of a variety of industries. They are going from strength to strength and are currently seeking additional people to add to their close‑knit team and contribute their vision to grow further.

In this role, you'll lead the Quality function, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and customer quality standards. You'll manage and develop the Quality team, oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest quality standards are achieved across the business.

• Lead the Quality function, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Manage and develop the Quality team.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are achieved across the business.

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer
• Worked to AS9100 standards
• Management experience preferred
