Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run multi-franchise approved car dealer group in the Chippenham area, for a highly motivated and professional Used Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity to join a successful dealership with a strong reputation in the UK automotive industry.

Guaranteed 5-day working week, including Saturdays and alternating Sundays Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Sell used cars, alongside accessories, add-ons, finance, and insurance products to customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service
Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery progress and delays
Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover
Explain warranty, service plans, and introduce customers to the Service Department as appropriate
Demonstrate vehicle features, promote additional products, and support customers throughout the sales process
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Previous or current car sales experience is highly beneficial
Strong track record in customer-facing retail sales with a passion for cars
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results-driven approach
Professional attitude, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
Enthusiasm to work for a reputable company and represent a leading vehicle brand
