Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run multi-franchise approved car dealer group in the Chippenham area, for a highly motivated and professional Used Car Sales Executive.

• Basic salary of £18,000 per annum
• Uncapped OTE of £50,000+ based on sales performance

• Sell used cars, alongside accessories, add-ons, finance, and insurance products to customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service
• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery progress and delays
• Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover
• Explain warranty, service plans, and introduce customers to the Service Department as appropriate
• Demonstrate vehicle features, promote additional products, and support customers throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Previous or current car sales experience is highly beneficial
• Strong track record in customer-facing retail sales with a passion for cars
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results-driven approach
• Professional attitude, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
