Physical Therapist – Inpatient/Acute (Days) — Northport, AL | Mon–Fri, 8a–4:30p | $50–$55/hr

Join the rehab team at DCH Health System in Northport, Alabama and make a difference in the lives of patients recovering from complex conditions. This day-shift PT role offers a steady weekday schedule with only one weekend per month required.

Position Highlights

• Pay: $50–$55/hr
• Schedule:
  
  Mon–Fri, 8a–4:30p | One weekend/month | Holidays as required
• Caseload: ~6 patients/day in inpatient & acute units
• Patient populations:
  Geriatric, Neurological, Stroke, Amputation
• Must be comfortable floating as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, plan of care, and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide education and meet all documentation requirements
• Support patients across inpatient and acute care units

Requirements

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (required)
• AHA or Red Cross BLS (required)
• Active Alabama PT license in good standing
• 2 years’ PT experience (will consider 18 months with 1 year in specialty)
• Bonus: OT or SLP license a plus
