Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN. Provide compassionate care and support to residents.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You will play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

• Provide Personal Care:
  Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, peri‑care, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment:
  Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information:
  Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement:
  Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self‑discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
