OverviewWe seek a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Skilled Nursing Facilities in Corsicana, TX, with no weekends, nights, or holidays required.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive resident health assessments
- Develop personalized care plans
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications within scope
- Provide education to residents and families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license and board certification
- Geriatric care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Occasional regional travel
