** Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) in PACU!**- ** Start:

** Day Surgery/PACU

* Schedule:
** Monday - Friday, 8-hour days
- ** Shift Times:
** Between 6 AM and 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (variable)
- ** Call Requirements:** - 1 shift per week: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Weekend call: 1 per 4 weeks (shared among staff)
- ** Floating:
** No floating required

* Key Requirements:
** - Current RN licensure - BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
** Facility Insights:** - Bed Count: 23 - Patient Ratio:
Varies - Scrubs:
Any solid color - EMR:
Med Host, with paper charting
** Essential
Skills:
** - Starting IVs for Same Day Surgery patients - Basic admission assessments for SDS patients - Familiarity with Type I and Type II diabetic patients - Performance of Medication Reconciliation - Conducting clinically sound discharge teaching for endoscopy patients - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Stage II environment - Effective teamwork with a friendly, supportive, and cohesive SDS team
