RH is seeking a Vice President, Brand Creative & Interior Design to define and elevate how the RH aesthetic and ethos come to life across galleries, hospitality, and digital platforms. This leader will fuse the worlds of interior design, architecture, and visual storytelling to shape immersive environments that transcend retail and redefine luxury. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes design, whose aesthetic sensibility shapes every choice, and whose passion for beauty, form, and proportion is both instinctive and cultivated.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and evolve the RH aesthetic across all physical and digital experiences, ensuring every touchpoint embodies our design philosophy and cultural point of view

• Lead the creative direction for the brand’s physical and visual environments—from initial concept through to installation and execution

• Shape the future of RH Galleries, designing immersive spaces that blur the boundaries between home, hospitality, and art

• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior creative, hospitality, and architecture leaders to ensure alignment between design, brand, and business strategy

• Curate and integrate art, antiques, and architecture to deepen the emotional connection to place and tell richer brand stories

• Establish global design and presentation standards that define RH’s identity, ensuring consistency, excellence, and restraint across all environments

• Inspire, mentor, and develop creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and design excellence

• Balance vision with execution, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision and integrity

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in interior design, visual presentation, luxury hospitality or brand environments, preferred

• A master of spatial composition, light, and proportion, with a refined sense of scale and simplicity

• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-location installations that balance aesthetic excellence with operational discipline

• A strategic and conceptual thinker who attracts, develops, and inspires exceptional creative talent

• Deep appreciation for art, architecture, and design, with a global perspective and cultural fluency

• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire leaders and partners across all areas of the business.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools, and familiarity with Mac OS, iOS, and Microsoft Office environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent travel to RH Galleries, hospitality locations, and vendor sites

• Presence during installations, openings, and major design reviews, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Stand and move through large gallery spaces for extended periods; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs following safety guidelines
