We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Part‑Time Merchandiser, you will drive store sales and loyalty by ensuring an exceptional customer experience through a well‑merchandised, visually engaging, and brand‑appropriate store environment.

• Act and lead through our HEART values.
• Execute all weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive top‑line sales, create brand consistency, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week.
• React to sell through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floor set integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re‑merchandise the styling floor, and address the sale section (expanding/condensing) as necessary.

• Clear, motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem‑solving skills to arrive at a solution that serves the brand and the customer experience.
• Detail‑oriented while maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self‑motivated.
• Possess a balance of creativity, logic, organization, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20‑30 pounds.
