Provide customer service at checkout and by phone, assisting with sales, returns, and other transactions. Support a welcoming shopping experience while helping keep the department and sales floor ready for customers.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with transactions and answer questions while delivering excellent service.
- Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening, lightly cleaning, and restocking.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and products to help customers make purchase decisions.
- Share information about events, gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
- Provide flexible support for order fulfillment and pickup.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Have computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Meet physical requirements, including frequent movement and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
