Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, wiper blades, and other minor components
• Check and maintain proper fluid levels (engine oil, transmission, coolant, brake, etc.)
• Inspect vehicle undercarriage and perform visual safety checks
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about maintenance findings or additional recommended services
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience preferred, but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
